About the RoleWe are looking for a highly structured and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Lead Generation Professional to drive outbound business development across our luxury packaging portfolio.
This is a strategic hunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within the global luxury market. You'll combine market research, consultative outreach, and relationship building to create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the commercial team.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or management consulting, understands luxury brands and premium products, and thrives in a systematic, process-driven setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outbound Prospecting
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across luxury sectors including Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, Jewelry, and Premium Consumer Brands.




- Execute structured outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Develop targeted account lists and prioritize high-value prospects.

Customer Discovery & Market Insights
- Conduct discovery conversations with Marketing, Procurement, Purchasing, and Brand teams.
- Understand customer challenges, sourcing requirements, and business objectives.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support commercial strategy and improve the sales process.

Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunity stages using CRM tools.
- Consistently move prospects through the sales funnel from initial outreach to qualified sales opportunities.

Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at luxury brands.
- Collaborate closely with internal commercial and operations teams
