nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring a School Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding, training, implementation, and support for the Zene English AI Program in schools.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage program implementation in partner schools.n
- Conduct teacher onboarding and training sessions.n




- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful program adoption.n
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders.n
- Track usage, gather feedback, and resolve implementation issues.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and support.n

nRequirements

- 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, education, publishing, customer success, or implementation.n
- Strong communication, training, and relationship management skills.n
- Willingness to travel for school visits and training programs.n
