nExperience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP
nWhat you'll do:
n● Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.
n● Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.
n● Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.
n● Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.
n● Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.
nWhat we're looking for:
n● Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.
n● 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.
n● Solid understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.
n● Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.
nSoftware: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
