nWe are looking for an experienced Area Head – Solar to drive channel sales and business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, dealer/distributor management, and market expansion with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of solar products through dealers and distributors.n
- Develop and expand the channel partner network.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and increase market penetration.n
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.n
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and key customers.n




- Conduct product presentations and dealer training programs.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.n

nCandidate Profile:

- n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Solar Industry.n
- Mandatory experience in Channel Sales.n
- Strong knowledge of Solar Panels, Inverters, Rooftop Solar Systems, and Renewable Energy Solutions.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.n
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.n
