nCore Objective
nTo lead the Controllership function by establishing robust internal controls, ensuring 100% statutory compliance, and delivering accurate financial statements that reflect the true health of the business, report & support to CFO.
nKey Responsibilities & Key Result Areas.
nA. Financial & Month-End Governance
n
- n
- The "Quick Close" Mandate: Design and enforce a month-end closing calendar to ensure the Trial Balance is finalized by Day 4 or 5 of the following month.n
- Accuracy & Integrity: Review all General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments to eliminate year-end audit surprises.n
- Ind-AS Compliance: Ensure all financial statements are prepared according to the latest accounting standards (e.g., revenue recognition, lease accounting).n
nB. Statutory & Tax Compliance

- Tax Governance: Direct checking of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings (GST, TDS,
Income Tax).n
- Audit Interface: To provide necessary support and document in the course of audit.n
- Regulatory Filings: Ensure all ROC (Registrar of Companies) and other legal filings are completed on time to avoid penalties.n
- Other taxation matters: Provide necessary and active support in any other tax matters and ensure all nature of taxation are regular in nature without any delay, default.n
nC. Accounts Payable & Receivable function:

- Receivable Monitoring: Review weekly receivable forecasts to ensure the business can meet its obligations.n
- Payable Monitoring: Collaborate with vendor payables, MSME compliances, ensure smooth flow to payments.n

nRequired Competencies

- Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)n
- Experience: 8-10 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership
