- Support the execution of bank-wide transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.n
- Enable effective program governance, stakeholder coordination, and perks tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustained impact.n
- Support development of program charters, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with strategic priorities.n
- Assist in defining KPIs, value drivers, and success metrics for transformation initiatives.n
- Track program budgets, utilization, and cost-benefit alignment.n
- Identify and manage risks/issues, escalations, and trade-offs; drive timely leadership decisions to unblock delivery.n
- Track outcomes and benefits (financial and non-financial) via KPI dashboards, value trees, and benefits realization reviews.n




- Support preparation of business cases and benefits realization frameworks.n
- Ensure transformation initiatives improve customer experience, TAT, and service quality.n
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams.n
- Support senior leadership with dashboards, reports, and progress updates.n
- Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and reporting standards.n
- Drive structured program management practices (RAID logs, trackers, governance decks).n
