nKey Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school.n
- Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence.n
- Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards.n
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.n
- Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs.n
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines.n
- Build robust relationships with parents, students,



and stakeholders.n
- Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations.n
- Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives.n
- Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.n

nEligibility

- Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatoryn
- Officer rank with distinguished service record.n
- Bachelor's Degree required.n
- Master's Degree preferred.n
- B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.n
- Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage.n
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.n
