nABOUT THE ROLE
nWe are seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead décor sales for premium weddings and high-end events. The ideal candidate brings a background in interior design or visual styling — someone who translates a client's vision into a compelling aesthetic proposal and closes deals with confidence and elegance.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end sales for décor packages — inquiry to signed contractn
- Consult clients on theme, budget & aesthetics; present mood boardsn
- Develop bespoke proposals: floral, lighting, linen & installationsn
- Manage high-value accounts and drive referral-based businessn
- Coordinate with design & ops teams on execution feasibilityn
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsn
- Mentor junior sales executives and review client proposalsn
- Stay current on wedding trends and luxury event stylingn
nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- n
- 5+ years in décor, event, or luxury retail salesn
- Degree or portfolio in interior / spatial designn
- Robust aesthetic sensibility across diverse stylesn
- Proficiency in mood board tools (Canva, Adobe)n
- Excellent client-facing presentation skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projectsn
