- To program manage end-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery.n
- To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through robust coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.n
- Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projectsn
- Define execution plans, timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiativesn
- Track and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilizationn
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation effortsn
- Coordinate with sponsor Business Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation,



execution, measurement, and fine-tuning of projectsn
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects ·n
- Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership ·n
- Ensure documentation of KRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives ·n
- Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.g., 6 monthsn

nEducational : MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology)
nExperience : 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives
