nWith a fast-paced startup comes fast growth and were hiring a Finance Executive to take full ownership of payouts, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management.
nAbout the Role:
nRole: Finance Executive
nDepartment: Finance & Accounting
nIndustry: Logistics / Rentals / Ecommerce
nLocation: On-site (Andheri East, Mumbai)
nExperience: Minimum 2 years
nType: Full-Time, Permanent (6 days/week)
nStipend: 3-4 LPA
nKey Responsibilities:
nEnd-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial record maintenance
nGST reconciliation, filing, and return preparation (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)
nTDS calculation, payment, and timely TDS return
nManage purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor payments
nMaintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reports
nOversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory norms
nOperate on Zoho Books, Tally,



and Google Sheets for all accounting workflows
nGenerate and manage e-invoicing, e-way bills, credit notes
nConduct vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
nPrepare periodic reports for internal audits and management reviews
nRequirements:
nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
n2+ years of experience in a finance/accounts role
nStrong command of Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets
nIn-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
nHigh attention to detail and accountability
nPreferred Skills:
nTally, Zoho Books, GST Filing, TDS Return, Book Keeping, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase/Sales Entry, E-Way Bill, Vendor Payments, E-Invoicing, Credit Notes
