nWhat You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM.n
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.n
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.n
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.n
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives.n
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends,



and best practices.n
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.n
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.n
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.n
- Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization.n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.n

nPreferred Skills

- Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.n
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools.n
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.n
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing company is an added advantage.n
