nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a highly accomplished and result-oriented Finance Professionals to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will possess 18–20 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and team leadership. The incumbent should have at least 10 years of leadership experience managing finance teams and driving strategic financial initiatives.
nThe GM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, effective internal controls, business partnering, and supporting organizational growth through sound financial management.
nKey Responsibilities
nFinancial Management

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the organization.n
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.n
- Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.n
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis.n
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.n

nAccounting & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting regulations.n
- Prepare and present MIS reports, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.n
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.n
- Strengthen financial reporting systems and improve reporting accuracy.n

nTaxation & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing (where applicable), and other statutory regulations.n
- Coordinate tax assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections.n
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government authorities.n
