nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Identify retrofit and machine upgrade opportunities from the installed customer base.n
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOQs, and pricing proposals.n
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.n
- Drive quotation-to-order conversion, billing, and collection activities.n
- Maintain retrofit pipeline, MIS, and project performance reports.n




- Build solid customer relationships and support the growth of the aftermarket business.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 3–6 years of experience in Retrofit, After Sales Commercial, Spares & AMC, Project Coordination, or Industrial Equipment Sales.n
- Experience in Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Packaging Machinery, or Industrial Machinery.n
- Strong commercial acumen, project coordination, and customer relationship management skills.n
- Graduate or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). MBA is an added advantage.n
