nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience generating qualified B2B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, data mining, outbound lead generation, and appointment setting for international clients within an outsourcing or BPO environment.

- Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets.n
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.n
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.n
- Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn,



cold calling, and other channels.n
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.n
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead generation targets.n
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions.n
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Generation for the UK, US, and Canadian markets.n
- Prior experience working with an Outsourcing/BPO/KPO company is mandatory.n
- Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and sales pipelines.n
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.n
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or equivalent tools.n
