Industry Proposition Function: Industry Solutions Location: Noida, Mumbai Role Overview: are seeking a Functional Consultant with a robust interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintechs serve their clients. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business development, and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys (such as onboarding, suitability assessment, advice reporting, wealth nudges). Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership s Delivery • Lead functional workstreams in wealth management projects • Translate client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, FCA Consumer Duty, SEBI)



• Collaborate with AI architects and tech teams to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes and solutions • Support deliveries of agentic AI solutions including functional documentation, validation of the solutions and demos to clients Business Development • Work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, focused on wealth management • Conduct market research on wealth management trends, competitors, and regulatory changes • Build and deliver client presentations, demos, and POVs to support business development • Contribute to thought-leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, client workshops, summit collateral) AI s Domain Learning • Over time, develop a working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (RAG, knowledge graphs, intelligent data extraction) • Experiment with AI-native tools (conversational apps, multi-agent systems, knowledge modelling) Key Requirements: • Background: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Tech
