We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead service and operational activities in the chiller/refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in service management, production & operations, quality management, and team leadership, along with a focus on continuous improvement. * Lead and coordinate service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.




* Monitor service quality and ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
* Coordinate with internal teams for service-related activities and operational requirements.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational processes.
* Lead people and manage team performance.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
