We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our operations in Chennai, India. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of restaurant operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and build a high-performing team. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our establishment's success, balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality and strategic business growth.

- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery during all shifts
- Set the tone for exceptional guest experiences through warm, polished service standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and mutual respect
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff members, identifying high-potential team members and creating clear career development pathways
- Oversee budget management, P&L; responsibility,



and financial controls to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Recruit, onboard, and train recent team members, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, enhance guest retention, and strengthen the restaurant's market position
- Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
