- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications and architecture designs.

- Provide expert guidance on system integration, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation guides, and best practice recommendations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement based on market feedback and emerging industry trends.

- Support the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle by offering technical expertise during contract negotiations and deployment phases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field,



or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a solutions engineering, technical sales, or software development role within the technology industry.

- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages, cloud platforms, and database management systems.

- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical architectures and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on consultative selling and solution design.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
