Role & Responsibilities

- Create and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate daily activities — circle time, sensory play, music, movement, and story hours — aligned with preschool benchmarks.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and parents through consistent communication, empathy, and proactive feedback.
- Observe and document each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive progress using straightforward digital or portfolio-based tracking tools.
- Collaborate with senior teachers and coordinators to refine classroom routines, thematic lesson plans, and safety protocols.
- Support classroom organization, hygiene, and material preparation — ensuring a clean, safe,



and stimulating environment at all times.
- Participate in teacher workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and school events — contributing to a joyful, inclusive school culture.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Proficiency in activity-based teaching methods
- Experience in play-based learning environments
- Strong communication in English and Kannada (spoken)
- Ability to manage group dynamics with patience and creativity
- Basic digital literacy for attendance and observation tools

- Preferred
- Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia frameworks
- Fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages
- Background in child development or psychology
