The role requires clear verbal communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to log call outcomes accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Call leads or cold lists to pitch services, pitch products, or set up appointments.Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer questions and solve basic complaints.Data Management: Record call notes, updates, and customer data in a CRM or database.Target Tracking: Meet daily or weekly goals for calls made, leads found, or sales closed.Product Knowledge:



Keep up to date on company offerings to explain features and benefits correctly.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Communication: Explicit speaking voice and active listening skills.
