We're looking for Senior Accountants (India)!

Qualifications:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and MIS reports.
- Handle billing, revenue recognition, collections support, and expense management.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, and support income tax activities.
- Process payroll accounting, employee cost tracking, and payroll compliance.
- Manage vendor reconciliations, banking operations, and payment processes.
- Support finance automation initiatives, ERP/Tally/Zoho systems, and AI-driven process improvements.
- Assist in ESOP accounting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support USA & Australia accounting and taxation activities (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and POSH regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate issues and identify practical solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work
