We're looking for Business Analysts!

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently conduct analysis and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines by concentrating on the daily execution of the business issues from strategy to implementation.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide data driven solutions. Work with cross functional teams to execute data ingestion, validation & normalization.
- Interpret, evaluate, and analyze facts and information required for providing logical solutions.
- Well versed with Agile Methodology and Adoptable to changing business needs.
- Create and maintain documents and reports to share requirements and metrics. Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct tests to ensure requirements are met as per the expectation.
- Good understanding of PII data and protect data to which they have access.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and equivalent industry experience in Information System /Business Analytics or Data Analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication.



Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams in different geographies at different levels in the organization.
- Proficiency in managing accuracy and integrity of data in all the analysis, reports and deliverables.
- Proficiency in identifying issues and developing solutions that enhance data analysis processes and outcomes.
- Familiarity working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Python, XML, Json, and MS office.
