We're looking for MIS Analysts!

Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a role focused on understanding the information needs of our operations and delivery teams. This position involves developing and maintaining reports and systems to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of these needs.
- You will work in shifts and may occasionally travel or extend hours during training drives, with a requirement to work from the office five days a week. Key responsibilities include short- and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management, while ensuring delivery of key performance metrics.
- The role also involves supporting IELTS Operations reporting requirements, aligning reports with business strategy, and identifying new reporting needs. You will ensure compliance with information security policies and ISO 27001 standards, manage access levels, and provide security awareness training to the team.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Robust communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate issues and identify practical solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work
