Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through effective testing and defect management.

Freshers with strong testing fundamentals and experienced QA professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze requirements and prepare appropriate test plans and test strategies.
- Perform API testing and database validation where required.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation, reports, and defect logs.




- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing concepts.
- Good understanding of test case design and defect life cycle.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Understanding of API testing is preferred.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility

- 0–7 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge or testing certifications can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from one of the listed locations.
- Candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days are preferred.
