Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy medical devices within the assigned territory.

- Develop and manage distributor/channel partner networks.

- Build strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, GI Surgeons, KOLs, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.

- Identify recent business opportunities and increase product penetration across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.





- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

- 3–8 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, Hospital Sales, or Channel Sales.

- Experience in Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, Interventional Devices, or Hospital Equipment is highly preferred.

- Strong experience in hospital account management, distributor management, and business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
