Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Operational Management:Directs daily activities, ensures store cleanliness, manages opening/closing, and handles cash procedures.
- Sales & Financials:Sets and hits sales targets, analyzes performance data, and manages budgets to increase profitability.
- Staff Leadership:Recruits, trains, coaches, and schedules employees while fostering a motivated, customer-centric team.
- Inventory Control:Manages stock levels, orders merchandise, performs audits,



and implements loss prevention measures.
- Customer Service & Merchandising:Resolves customer complaints, ensures excellent service, and executes visual merchandising strategies to boost sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager.
- Leadership:Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen:Ability to analyze data, manage P&L;, and create action plans.
- Organization:Excellent time management and operational planning abilities.
