Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer/Illustrator with expertise in creating and updating technical documentation and illustrations for service, operator, and maintenance manuals. The ideal candidate should possess strong authoring and illustration skills, along with hands-on experience in industry-standard documentation and CAD tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain:
- Operator & Maintenance Manuals (OMM)
- Workshop Manuals
- Service Manuals
- Instruction Manuals
- Training Manuals
- Develop and revise technical content in accordance with project requirements and documentation standards.
- Create and update technical illustrations to support documentation deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to gather and validate technical information.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical authoring and illustration.
Technical Documentation
- Robust experience in creating and updating:
- Operator & Maintenance Manuals (OMM)
- Workshop Manuals
- Service Manuals
- Instruction Manuals
- Training Manuals
Tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Arbortext Editor
- Oxygen XML Editor
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- MS Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
