We are looking for a dedicated and punctual Delivery Executive to handle order fulfillment and doorstep deliveries. You will be responsible for picking up orders from our hub/warehouse, navigating optimal delivery routes, and ensuring safe, on-time delivery of packages to customers while providing excellent service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Order Dispatch & Handover: Pick up assigned shipments from the warehouse/hub, verify items against the delivery manifest, and secure packages properly for transit.
2. On-Time Delivery: Drive or ride along planned routes to deliver orders to customer addresses within designated delivery time slots.
3. Payment Collection: Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) or verify digital/UPI payments, issue digital receipts, and accurately account for daily collections.
4. Returns & Proof of Delivery: Secure customer signatures or digital proof of delivery via the mobile application, and safely return non-delivered items or returns to the hub.
5. App & Route Management:



Operate the delivery mobile application to update order statuses in real time and use GPS navigation for efficient routing.
6. Vehicle & Safety Upkeep: Adhere to all traffic laws, maintain personal driving safety, and ensure the delivery vehicle remains clean and operational.

Requirements:

1. License: Valid commercial 2 - wheeler driving license
2. Experience: Freshers welcome, or previous driving experience.
3. Skills: Good navigation, basic math, robust communication (local language), patience, and problem-solving.
4. Physical: Physically fit to handle driving and potentially loading/unloading goods.
5. Knowledge: Familiarity with local area, traffic rules, and vehicle operation.
