We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team at RSG Stones. As a key member of our accounts and finance function, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing unit. This includes routine bookkeeping, daily production tracking, consumables monitoring, walk-in customer billing, and cost visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for processing invoices, receipts, and payments, verifying pricing, quantities, and discounts before invoicing, and maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and journals.

You will also assist with accounts payable/receivable reconciliation, support monthly/quarterly closing activities, and maintain daily cash/invoice reconciliation for walk-in sales. Additionally, you will handle bank reconciliations, maintain stock registers for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, and support senior team members during audits.





The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production/store staff to close daily data gaps same-day. You will also be responsible for tracking raw material, labor, and overhead inputs feeding into COGS, assisting in monthly COGS computation, and flagging unusual cost movements.
