Key Requirements

- 7–8 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process‑focused roles working directly with data.
- Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise,
- Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance.
- Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow and working across complex IT environments.
- Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management.
- Experience implementing standardized End‑to‑End (E2E) business processes and applying best‑practice MDM methodologies.
- Solid understanding of PTP (Procure‑to‑Pay) processes and related master data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with structured issue‑resolution capability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities.




- Customer‑service mindset with focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Broad systems/IT implementation experience (SAP, CRM) and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high‑quality outputs.
- Experience designing robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders.
