We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Head Office team at Dwarka, Sector 17, Recent Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, maintaining follow-ups, and communicating professionally with customers and candidates.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company services and requirements, and will be expected to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling incoming calls, communicating with customers and candidates professionally, explaining company services or requirements clearly, and following up with customers and candidates on a regular basis.

You will also be responsible for maintaining call records and updating the calling tracker, coordinating with the internal team for necessary follow-ups, and maintaining a positive and professional approach during calls.





The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a confident and polite personality, and a passion for sales and customer service. You will also have basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
