We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of BOQs, construction materials, vendor management, rate negotiation, purchase planning, and cost control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining project timelines and company procurement policies.

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for real estate and construction projects. This includes studying and analyzing BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare procurement plans.

The Purchase Manager will also be responsible for preparing material procurement schedules based on project requirements and timelines, sourcing and evaluating reliable vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, and negotiating rates, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.

The Purchase Manager will work closely with the Project, Planning, Engineering, Stores, Accounts,



and Management teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials and to identify cost-saving opportunities.

The Purchase Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and developing a strong vendor database and vendor performance records, conducting vendor evaluations based on quality, price, delivery, service, and reliability, and ensuring purchased materials comply with approved technical specifications and quality standards.

The Purchase Manager will also be responsible for following up with vendors for order confirmation, production, dispatch, and delivery, and resolving issues related to material shortages, quality, delays, billing, and commercial disputes.

The Purchase Manager will maintain proper documentation of quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and vendor records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
