Job Title: Field Recruiter

Salary - 22k in-hand + Rs. 3k to 4k Petrol Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing blue-collar / field staff through field visits and local networks.

2. Conducting field interviews and on-the-spot screening.

3. Visiting local areas, markets, and colleges for recruitment drives.

4. Achieving daily / monthly joining targets.

5. Daily reporting to the Team Lead / Manager.

6. Coordinating with the central HR team for documentation and joining.

Must Required

1. 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in field recruitment / staffing.

2. Must have a bike with a valid Driving License.

3. Good knowledge of local areas in Bangalore.

4. Solid communication in Kannada, Hindi & English is a plus.

5. Must be target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.

6. Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
