We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Organic Growth Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and scaling our social media presence across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Your primary goal will be to drive organic growth and engagement, while also establishing a strong content strategy that resonates with our target audience.

You will be responsible for building and scaling the social media engine across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, establishing a strict, intentional content matrix across platforms, and launching original video IPs to build unmatched credibility.

You will also collaborate with our medical team and founders to translate dense medical topics into consumer-friendly content, actively monitor, cultivate, and own community metrics, and tie social media views and community growth directly back to website traffic.

Additionally, you will run rigorous A/B testing on hooks, scripting structures, titles,



and thumbnails to optimize audience engagement and retention.
