nAccounting & Reporting

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).n
- Ensure all Balances are reconciled on monthly basisn
- Closing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reportingn
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.n

nGovernance & Compliance

- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA).n
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits.n

nCash Flow & Treasury Management

- n
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.n
- Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships.n

nRisk Management
n
- n
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.n
- Ensure segregation of duties and fraud prevention through robust control systems.n
