Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
nThe CAM Reckoners will be responsible for supporting day-to-day NNN-Reconciliation/YEB/Estimate Calculations and plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of CAM, INS, TAX, Other Reconciliations and associated tenant billings both manually and ERP. This position requires robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of lease agreements and real estate accounting principles.
nReconciliation/YEB/Estimate Calculations :

- n
- Lead the end-to-end Reconciliation process for assigned properties/portfolios.n
- Thoroughly review Agreements & LA, to understand Additional-Rent clauses, exclusions, CAPs, Gross-up, AF & MF, provisions, and Pro-rata share calculations for each tenant.n
- Gather and Analyze actual operating expenses from the General Ledger, Verifying Invoices, Receipts, and other financial records related to Additional Rent.n
- Prepare detailed Reconciliation, comparing estimated tenant payments against actual expenses.n
- Calculate and process true-up adjustments.n




- Ensure all Recon calculations comply with Lease terms, Accounting Standards.n
- Deep Data Validation & Analysis is must skilln
- Collaborate with Lease Admin and Property Management teams to ensure accurate Results.n
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Year-end billing and Reconciliation processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.n
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to billing and reconciliation.n
- Support audit and review requests from tenants or third-party auditors.n
- Maintain detailed workpapers, documentation, and audit trails.n

- Bachelor's degree preferredn
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Reconciliation & YEB and Estimate calculation.n

- Proficient in MS-Exceln
- Experience with property management software is plusn
