nAs we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead project execution and delivery across our growing portfolio.
nAbout the Role
nAs the Head of Projects, you will lead the end-to-end execution of premium workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, cost, timelines, and client satisfaction.
nReporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and team leadership while driving consistency, predictability,



and continuous improvement across all projects.
nThis role requires a strong leader with expertise in commercial interiors, project execution, construction management, MEP coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead the successful delivery of multiple workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects from project initiation through handover.n
- Establish robust project management frameworks, governance standards, and execution processes.n
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.n
- Drive execution excellence by improving predictability, speed, efficiency, and operational discipline across projects.n
- Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership and clients.n
