nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.n
- Maintain General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate accounting records.n
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustment entries.n
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.n
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing.n
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including collections, customer reconciliations, and follow-ups.n
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor reconciliations.n
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.n
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, schedules, and management reports.n
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.n
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.n




- Monitor cash flow and support finance planning activities.n
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.n
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.n

- Handle GST accounting, reconciliations, and return preparation.n
- Manage TDS deductions, reconciliations, and return filings.n
- Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT) compliance.n
- Support payroll accounting and statutory reconciliations.n
- Ensure timely statutory payments and maintenance of statutory records.n
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and statutory regulations.n

nRequired Skills
