nRole Overview
nDrive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships for BLive's EV fleet solutions business. The role involves acquiring enterprise customers, closing deals, managing key accounts, and driving long-term business growth.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Enterprise Sales
n
- n
- Acquire B2B customers for EV fleet rentals and mobility solutionsn
- Build and manage a pipeline across logistics, e-commerce, q-commerce, FMCG, and last-mile delivery companiesn
- Engage with CXOs, founders, procurement, and operations leadersn
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closuren

n2. Solution Selling & Account Growth

- n
- Pitch BLive's EV fleet, charging, and fleet management solutionsn
- Create customized commercial proposals and support pilot programsn
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-city expansionn
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer successn

n3. Market Development & Reporting

- n
- Track market opportunities,



competitor activity, and pricing trendsn
- Build partnerships and referral channelsn
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, account trackers, and sales reportsn
- Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and internal handoversn

- 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Fleet Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.n
- Robust enterprise customer acquisition and account management experience.n
- Proven track record of selling solutions to enterprise customers and closing high-value deals.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.n
