nKey Responsibilities

- Lead Internal Audit engagements for Financial Services clients, including Insurance, Banking, and Investment Banking.n
- Manage audit delivery, risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.n
- Lead and mentor large audit teams within the GCC.n
- Partner with global stakeholders to drive audit quality, governance, and process improvements.n
- Support audit transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.n

nDesired Candidate Profile

- n
- 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit within Financial Services; Insurance experience preferred.n
- Mandatory: Experience with a Big 4 firm followed by a Global Capability Center (GCC).n
- Strong expertise in internal controls, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.n
- Proven experience managing large teams and global stakeholders.n
- CA/CIA/CISA or equivalent qualified qualification preferred.n
