nWe are looking for an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive complex banking technology and SaaS transformation programs for leading financial institutions.
nThis is not a conventional project management role.
nYou will work across business, product, engineering, architecture and executive leadership, taking ownership of complex programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live.
nWe are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on and create measurable client impact.
nWhat You'll Do
nLead complex banking technology transformation programs end-to-end
nTranslate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps
nAct as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders
nLead globally distributed Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA and Consulting teams
nOwn governance, scope, risks,



dependencies and program economics
nAnticipate delivery challenges and drive timely resolution
nChallenge assumptions and drive better solutions
nBuild a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance
nWhat We're Looking For
n12–16 years of experience in software/project/program management
nStrong Banking/BFSI transformation experience
nExperience leading complex enterprise programs
nStrong executive-level communication and client management
nExperience managing globally distributed teams
nStrong understanding of Agile, SDLC and enterprise SaaS delivery
nStrong commercial, financial and problem-solving capability
nConsulting/transformation experience strongly preferred
nPMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP is an advantage
nStrong ownership mindset with hands-on delivery orientation
