nWe are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market. The positions are open at Manager and Asst Manager levels, depending on experience and proven capability.
nKey Requirements:
nProven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:

- Permanent staffingn
- Contract staffingn
- RPO / Managed hiring solutionsn
- Project or volume‐based hiring modelsn

nStrong track record of business development and client acquisition within India. Ability to engage with mid to senior‐level stakeholders, understand hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.Experience working with service‐based recruitment organizations is essential. Demonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.

nNote:While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus, this role requires hands‐on experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian market. Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without solid India‐focused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.
