nThe Zonal Manager Admissions will be responsible for driving student enrollment in their assigned zone by managing a team, building relationships with educational institutions, and implementing effective admission strategies. The role requires strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills to achieve the universitys admission targets.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Admission & Enrollment Strategy:

- Develop and execute admission plans to achieve enrollment targets for the assigned zone.n
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance student outreach and lead conversions.n
- Analyze admission trends and suggest improvements in the admission process.n

n2. Team Management & Leadership:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors/Executives.n
- Set performance targets and ensure efficient execution of admission strategies.n




- Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training and guidance.n

n3. Institutional & Partner Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants.n
- Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and educational fairs.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a solid pipeline of prospective students.n

n4. Marketing & Outreach:

- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.n
