nThe Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.

- s:Manage the full admission process from the point of walk-in or telephonic enquiry to final enrolmenn
- t.Develop and lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and supporting ancillary stafn
- f.Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders for Pre-school and junior school sections covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, activities, parent testimonials, and fee structurn
- e.Deliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectiveln
- y.Maintain a daily-updated database of all enquiries and track conversion stagen
- s.Attend minimum 3 out of 5 daily team meetings and maintain Customer Relationship Management system hygiene with timely updates on admission status and commentn
- s.Conduct timely follow-ups with all prospects in the pipelinn
- e.Plan and execute a minimum of 2 events per 60-day cycle to drive 5 or more admissions through eventn
- s.Achieve individual admission targets (minimum 50% target – 11 admissionsn
- ).Coordinate with accounts on admissions count, fee collected, discounts, and payment schedulen
