nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a Sales Manager – International Business to drive revenue growth across international markets, primarily Middle East & Africa (MEA) and APAC (excluding India). This role is critical to expanding RPS's global footprint by leveraging OEM partnerships and enterprise training capabilities.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Drive international revenue and gross profit growth across MEA and APAC regions.
n• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for international IT training offerings.
n• Build and manage enterprise relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs.




n• Identify and penetrate high-spend markets such as Riyadh, Dubai, Singapore, and Johannesburg.
n• Convert global OEM partnerships into localized revenue opportunities.
n• Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams for seamless execution.
n• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
n• Negotiate and close high-value enterprise training engagements.
nKey Performance Indicators

n3. Pipeline generation and conversion in international markets
n4. Enterprise account acquisition and repeat business
nIndustry Experience Preference
n5+ years of experience in B2B Technology Training Sales with exposure to international
nmarkets. Preferred industries include IT Training (B2B), Cloud Services, Enterprise
nSoftware, OEM Partner Ecosystems, or Technology Consulting.
