nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Ophthalmic Surgeon proficient in both Phacoemulsification and SICS (Small Incision Cataract Surgery). The candidate should have a genuine passion for community service and a commitment to providing excellent eye care to patients—especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
nKey Responsibilities
nPerform Phacoemulsification and SICS cataract surgeries independently and efficiently.
nConduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments for patients.
nDiagnose and manage common ocular conditions and emergencies.
nEnsure quality outcomes and maintain patient care standards.
nSupport and guide junior staff or optometrists as needed
