nWe're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own client success, retention, and growth. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role for someone who communicates confidently, thinks strategically, and drives outcomes.
What you'll don

- Own assigned client accounts from onboarding to reporting, renewals, and growth.n
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.n




- Understand client goals and recommend high-impact advertising solutions.n
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.n
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results and ROI.n
- Lead client communication, including escalations and issue resolution.n
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and aligned expectations.n
- Coordinate with internal teams while owning timelines and delivery.n
- Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and decisions.n
- Travel for client meetings when required.n

Who we're looking forn

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, brand management, or marketing.n
