Collaborate with US business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps. Lead project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery. Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management. Manage project risks, issues,



dependencies, and mitigation plans while providing proactive communication to stakeholders. Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies. Oversee release management, deployment planning, production readiness reviews, and go-live activities. Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, milestones, and overall project health. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare support, and post-production stabilization activities. Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
