nCommercial ownership of enterprise and regional accounts, focused on growth, retention, and structured new business development. Drives revenue expansion, supports complex multi-country deals, and ensures execution alignment between customer and delivery.

- Own and grow assigned enterprise/regional accountsn
- Develop and execute structured account plansn
- Generate current business within accounts and new logosn
- Support and lead complex multi-country deal pursuitsn
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline in Salesforcen
- Lead or support proposal development and pricing alignmentn
- Coordinate with Solutioning, Finance, Legal, and Deliveryn
- Manage customer relationships at Manager–Director leveln
- Identify risks, upsell, and cross-sell opportunitiesn
- Ensure adherence to governance, pricing, and contract processesn
