nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to join our firm as a Partner – Statutory Audit. The ideal candidate will lead the Statutory Audit practice, drive business growth, maintain client relationships, ensure high-quality audit execution, and mentor audit professionals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
nKey Responsibilities
nPractice Leadership

- Lead and manage the Statutory Audit division.n
- Develop and implement strategies for practice growth.n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.n
- Represent the firm in meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.n

nAudit Management

- n
- Plan, supervise, and review statutory audits.n
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Standards on Auditing (SA), Accounting Standards (AS), IND AS,



and ICAI guidelines.n
- Review financial statements and audit reports before issuance.n
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.n

nBusiness Development

- Identify new business opportunities.n
- Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations.n
- Expand the firm's audit portfolio through networking and referrals.n
- Cross-sell other qualified services offered by the firm.n

nClient Relationship Management

- n
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.n
- Resolve complex client issues and provide strategic advice.n
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.n

nTeam Leadership

- Mentor Managers, Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Articles.n
- Conduct technical training sessions.n
- Allocate engagements and monitor team performance.n
